Installation method of special cable
First of all, what we need to understand is the precautions for cable installation:
1. Mining cables and thermal pipelines should be connected in parallel with a distance of 2m, and should be connected with 0.5m when interlaced.
2. When the cable and other pipelines are placed in parallel or interlaced, they must be connected at a distance of 0.5m.
3. When the cable is directly buried, the depth of the 1-35kV cable shall not be less than 0.7m.
4. When 10kV and the following cables are arranged in parallel, the mutual clear distance is not less than 0.1m, 10-35kV is not less than 0.25m, and the distance when interlaced is not less than 0.5m.
5. The minimum bending radius of the cable, the multi-core cable must not be less than 15D, and the single-core cable must not be less than 20D (D is the outer diameter of the cable).
6. Discussion on cables of 6kv and above.
A. When installing the cable terminal, the semi-conductive barrier layer must be stripped off, and the insulation must not be damaged during manipulation. Knife marks and inconsistent environments should be prevented, and sandpaper should be used to smooth it if necessary; the end of the barrier should be flat and graphite The layer (carbon particles) is cut and cleaned.
B. The copper barrier and steel armor of the plastic insulated cable end must be well grounded. The short-circuit line should also be followed by this criterion to prevent electromotive force at the end of the steel armor when the three-phase operation is unbalanced, and even "fire" and incineration of the sheath Wait for chaos. The grounding lead wire should adopt tinned braided copper wire, and use a soldering iron to solder when connecting with the copper tape of the cable, and it is not suitable to use a blowtorch to seal and solder to avoid burning insulation.
C. The three-phase copper barrier should be connected to the ground wire separately, the meticulous barrier ground wire and the steel armor ground wire should be led out separately and insulated from each other, and the position of the welded ground wire should be as low as possible.
