UL electronic wire is an American standard certified wire. It is widely used in electrical wiring harnesses and connecting wires. It is difficult to handle the UL electronic wire without electricity, and the entire equipment may be scrapped. UL electronic wire also has certain audit standards.
The UL electronic wire is not energized? It may be caused by these four reasons:
Improper damage: In the process of using the UL electronic wire, due to improper operation, the wire harness is damaged, resulting in the wire harness being bent too much and cannot be energized normally;
Insulator aging: The aging and cracking of the UL electronic wire insulator will cause the wiring harness to not be energized normally. Long-term use will lead to poor heat dissipation or overloading of the insulator;
Moisture of the insulator: In some relatively humid environments, the resonance generated when the wire harness is used, and cracks occur, and water molecules are easier to enter, so it will cause the UL electronic wire to be damp; pay attention to the selection of the use environment;
Excessive voltage: Selecting an inappropriate UL electronic wire will cause the electrical layer to break down, resulting in the failure of the wiring harness to be energized.
